1. Supervise and monitor the overall housekeeping operations of guest rooms, cottages, public areas, and other designated areas of the resort.

2. Assign and supervise the daily duties of housekeeping staff and ensure that all tasks are completed properly and on time.

3. Ensure that guest rooms and other facilities are clean, properly maintained, and ready for guests according to the required standards.

4. Monitor the proper use and availability of linen, toiletries, cleaning materials, and other housekeeping supplies.

5. Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest service throughout the resort.

6. Attend to housekeeping related issues and guest requirements promptly and report significant matters to the appropriate authority.

7. Ensure that all duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with the Company’s policies, rules and regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and instructions of the management.
