Position Overview

We are looking for smart, presentable, energetic and customer-focused Baristas to operate a premium coffee kiosk located within a corporate banking environment in Gulshan 1 and some corporate offices along with our café.

Educational Qualification

·       Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

·       Candidates with HSC and relevant professional Barista experience may also be considered.

·       Fresh graduates with a strong interest in coffee and customer service are encouraged to apply. Barista certification is a plus.

·       IELTS-certified candidates will be given preference.

Experience

·       Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, coffee shop or corporate café will be preferred.

·       Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

·       Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.

·       Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and related equipment.

·       Provide professional and friendly service to bank employees, clients and guests.

·       Maintain excellent personal grooming and a professional appearance.

·       Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk and equipment.

·       Handle customer orders and payments accurately.

·       Monitor stock of coffee, milk, syrups, cups and other consumables.

·       Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.

·       Maintain a polite, professional and service-oriented attitude.

Required Skills & Qualities

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good spoken English will be an advantage.

·       Smart, well-groomed and presentable personality.

·       Customer-service oriented attitude.

·       Ability to work professionally in a corporate environment.

·       Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.

·       Punctual, honest and responsible.
