Education:
- Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)
- Diploma in Hotel Management in Hospitality Management
- Higher Secondary
- Professional certification in Barista Skills, Specialty Coffee, or Coffee Brewing from a recognized institution will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Recognized Barista Training or Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification.Experience developing training modules, SOPs, and beverage recipes.Knowledge of specialty coffee, coffee bean varieties, roasting profiles, and sensory evaluation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct training sessions for baristas on espresso preparation, coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, latte art, and beverage presentation.
Train team members on the proper operation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
Ensure compliance with company standards for food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, demonstrations, and regular follow-ups.
Develop and update training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and beverage preparation guidelines.
Support the development of new beverages, menu innovation, and product testing.
Monitor beverage quality, consistency, service standards, and operational efficiency.
Provide coaching and guidance to baristas to improve technical skills, customer service, and overall performance.
Coordinate with operations and management teams to identify training needs and implement improvement plans.
