Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Building & Construction Materials

• Age At least 25 years

• Candidates must be willing to work at the project site.

• Sound knowledge of structural engineering, bridge construction methods, and relevant codes and standards (AASHTO, BNBC, and project specifications).

• Strong understanding of quality control procedures, concrete technology, and construction safety.

• Plan, supervise, and execute construction of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, underpasses, and other structures in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Review structural and shop drawings, identify design or site discrepancies, and coordinate with the design team and the Engineer (supervision consultant) for resolution.

• Supervise foundation works, including pile, well, and open foundations, as well as substructure and superstructure works (pier, abutment, girder, deck slab, and bearings).

• Oversee prestressed and precast concrete works, including casting, stressing, launching, and erection of girders.

• Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and other materials, including mix design, testing, and inspection as per contract specifications.

• Prepare method statements, construction sequences, and temporary works plans for structural works.

• Coordinate with the planning, survey, and quantity surveying teams for progress tracking, measurement, and IPC preparation.

• Manage site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers to achieve work targets within schedule and budget.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements on all structural work sites.

• Attend meetings with the client and the consultant, and prepare technical reports and responses to their queries.

• Maintain complete records of inspections, test results, and as-built information.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
