Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience in an educational consultancy firm may compensate for academic background.
• Excellent communication, leadership, sales, and follow-up skills.
• Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and well-groomed.
• Comfortable with video content creation; basic editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Counsel students and parents on overseas education, universities, scholarships, and admissions.

• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, applications, and student enrollments.

• Research universities, programs, scholarships, and education market trends.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

• Create short-form educational video content and appear confidently on camera.

• Take initiative, demonstrate leadership, and contribute to team growth.

Probation: BDT 10,000/month. Permanent: BDT 15,000/month after successful probation. Performance-based salary reviews and increments.
