Telesales Executive – Shayan Resort

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate bookings and sales for Shayan Resort through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media leads, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential customers and generate room, package, restaurant, event and venue bookings.

* Follow up with leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, website, campaigns and other sources.

* Explain resort facilities, packages, pricing, offers and promotional deals to customers.

* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.

* Handle customer questions and provide accurate information professionally.

* Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.

* Coordinate with the Reservation, Front Office, F&B and Sales & Marketing teams.

* Develop corporate and group booking leads through telephone and online communication.

* Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and performance reports.

* Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, hospitality, tourism or customer service preferred.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Good command of Bangla and English.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook and basic computer applications.

* Target-oriented, energetic and confident personality.

* Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
