Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination and hygiene.
To oversee the kitchen warehouse inventory stock.
Ensure smooth workflow between front-of-house and back-of-house.
Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
Manage and guide staff to ensure efficient performance.
Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and provide team leadership.
