Responsibilities & Context:
- Process and manage tourist visa applications for different countries.
- Check and verify visa application forms and supporting documents.
- Prepare and organize complete visa application files according to embassy/VFS requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding required documents, application procedures, and updates.
- Monitor visa application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, visa application centers, and relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain proper records of applications and client documents.
- Identify documentation issues and ensure files are properly prepared before submission.
- Keep updated with changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures of different countries.
