• SSC in High School / SSC / HSC / Trade Course or Equivalent.

• Only Male

• Age: 18 to 30 years.

• Gender: Both males and females are allowed to apply (আপনারা শুধু পুরুষ নিলে Only Males দিতে পারেন).

• Communication: Good communication skills in Bengali. Basic conversational English is a strong plus.

• Appearance: Must be well-groomed, neat, clean, and have a pleasant personality.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry heavy food trays.

• Flexibility: Ready to work in shifting duties, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

We are seeking customer-oriented and energetic Waiters / Servers to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional and comfortable dining experience.

1. Greet and escort guests to their tables with a welcoming and professional attitude.

2. Present restaurant menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations.

3. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen team promptly.

4. Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and ensure proper food presentation.

5. Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and handle any special requests or complaints.

6. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware, and clear tables after guests leave.

7. Arrange bill settlements (cash/card) and hand over receipts to guests accurately.

8. Maintain strict personal hygiene, grooming standards, and cleanliness throughout the dining area.

9. Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
