1. Manage daily financial and accounting operations of the hotel.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

3. Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.

4. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.

5. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management.

6. Ensure proper VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance.

7. Monitor internal controls and minimize financial risks.

8. Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and government authorities.

9. Supervise the Finance & Accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks.

10. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
