1. Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

2. Drive room, restaurant, banquet, and other hotel facility sales.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.

4. Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel’s customer base.

5. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

7. Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.

10. Manage client negotiations, corporate deals, partnerships, and promotional agreements.
