Technical Knowledge: Strong background in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.Experience: Previous hands-on experience in property maintenance, ideally within the hospitality sector.Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving aptitude, and organizational abilities.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training are preferred

Hotel maintenance supervisor oversees daily repair, air-condition and upkeep operations to ensure guest safety, comfort, and minimal facility downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train maintenance technicians and staff.

• Preventive Maintenance: Implement routine inspection schedules for guest rooms, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical units.

• Repair Coordination: Diagnose malfunctions and respond quickly to urgent work orders or guest room repair requests.

• Vendor Management: Supervise third-party contractors and coordinate specialized facility projects.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, fire safety rules
