• 1 to 3 years

• Diploma in Hotel Management
• Higher Secondary

Candidates with certified Lifeguard / First Aid / CPR training or prior resort experience will be given priority.

• Answer guest inquiries regarding pool depth, operating hours, safety rules, and available resort amenities.

• Issue, track, and collect pool towels, floaties, and recreational equipment.

• Skim water surface, vacuum pool floor, and clear leaves or debris from the pool and surrounding deck.

• Perform regular water quality testing (pH, chlorine levels) and log daily chemical readings according to safety standards.

• Clean and sanitize pool tiles, surrounding deck areas, furniture, shower facilities, and foot baths regularly.

• Monitor the pool area continuously to ensure guest safety and prevent hazardous behavior.

• Ensure first aid kits, and emergency rescue equipment are fully functional and easily accessible.

• Respond promptly to incidents or medical concerns and coordinate with lifeguards or emergency medical staff when necessary.

• Maintain clean towel stations, manage soiled linen storage, and request fresh laundry refills from housekeeping.

• Inspect pool equipment for wear or damage, reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor.

• Assist in setting up or clearing the pool deck for evening events, private parties, or bad weather conditions.

• Maintain proper grooming standards, uniform presentation, and a service-oriented attitude throughout the shift.

• Adhere strictly to resort health, safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines.

• Perform other operational tasks assigned by the Leisure & Fitness supervisor or resort management.
