• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of both Bangla and English.

• Strong guest service and customer-handling skills.

• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-organized.

• Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and

• Promote and boost the project on social media platforms

• Update the pages regularly

• Manage the property - visit after each booking, check for damages and repairs

• Communicate and correspond with guests for bookings

• Maximize occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction, while maintaining physical condition of the property. Build, update, and optimize marketplace listing profiles.

• ⁠Manage end-to-end hospitality operation (optimize online listings and adjusting dynamic pricing to coordinating rapid cleaning turnovers and delivering exceptional 5-star guest support)

• ⁠Must be flexible to visit the project, any time and any day, depending on guest check-in, check-out and maintenance purposes.

• ⁠Monitor booking calendars to minimize un booked gap days.

• Prepare monthly income, expense, and occupancy payout metrics.
