Experience:

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• 7 to 10 years

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Good knowledge & skills in computing.

• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe·

• Good inter-personal & communication skills.

1. Supervise and manage daily operations of the Goods & Shipment Store.

2. Receive, check, count, and arrange incoming goods and shipments.

3. Maintain proper records of stock, goods received, issued, and dispatched.

4. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of goods according to shipment schedules.

5. Coordinate with purchase, sales, logistics, warehouse, and other relevant departments.

6. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

7. Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and security of all goods.

8. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and shipment reports.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.

10. Lead and supervise store/warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.

11. Perform regular physical stock checks and support internal audits.

12. Handle any other store and shipment-related duties assigned by management.
