Experience:

Previous experience in an education consultancy, overseas recruitment agency, visa consultancy, or related field is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and counselling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and counselling skills.

Good English and Bangla communication skills.

Knowledge of student visa and work permit procedures.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Good computer and MS Office skills.

Ability to handle multiple applications efficiently.

Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.

1. Explain available overseas employment opportunities and work permit procedures to applicants.

2. Counsel applicants regarding job positions, eligibility, salary, contract terms, accommodation, and visa requirements.

3. Collect and verify required documents for work permit and visa applications.

4. Coordinate with employers, recruitment partners, immigration representatives, and relevant authorities.

5. Maintain regular follow-up with applicants throughout the application process.

6. Ensure applicants clearly understand the application process, requirements, and applicable costs before proceeding.

7. Maintain accurate records of applications and client communications.
