Responsibilities & Context:
Staff Management: Assign daily cleaning tasks, create work schedules, and manage shift coverage.
Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public common areas for cleanliness.
Training and Coaching: Onboard new cleaning staff and enforce safety and sanitation policies.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating requisitions and orders.
Problem Solving: Address maintenance repair requests and resolve customer or guest complaints
