Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 20 years
Basic coffee preparation and grinding skills
Ability to operate coffee equipment under supervision
Customer service and order-taking support
Hygiene, cleanliness, and stock replenishment awareness
Willingness to learn with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the Barista in preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages
Support in grinding coffee beans, measuring ingredients, and basic beverage preparation
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, tools, and equipment
Assist in serving beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
Help in taking customer orders and ensuring accuracy when required
Refill ingredients such as milk, coffee beans, syrups, and cups
Support in maintaining stock and informing senior staff about shortages
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and café SOPs at all times
Assist in cleaning tables, counters, and customer service areas
Learn coffee preparation techniques and improve barista skills
Maintain teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude during service.
