• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 20 to 37 years

• Handle domestic and international air ticket booking and issuance.

• Make new reservations, re-issue, revalidation, cancellation, and refund of tickets.

• Check flight schedules, fares, availability, and applicable airline rules.

• Provide customers with suitable flight options based on their requirements.

• Handle customer queries related to tickets, schedules, changes, and cancellations.

• Maintain proper records of bookings, tickets, payments, and related documents.

• Coordinate with airlines, GDS providers, and customers when required.

• Follow up on pending bookings, payments, and ticket confirmations.

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of ticketing services.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
