Responsibilities & Context:

Musafir Tours is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Package Consultant to develop and promote domestic and international tour packages. The role involves assisting clients with travel planning and package sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design and customize domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements.

·       Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.

·       Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

·       Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

·       Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits.

·       Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

·       Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and maximize profitability.

·       Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.

·       Promote tour packages through digital platforms and sales campaigns.

·       Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

·       Any other duties related to the assigned responsibilities, as directed by the management.
