We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Operations Manager to lead and manage the company’s overall operations efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, quality service delivery, and strategic growth,
Job Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments including visa processing, air ticketing, tour operations, study in abroad and medical tourism to ensure smooth workflow.
· Develop and design competitive domestic and international tour packages, including itinerary planning, pricing, vendor coordination, and market-based customization.
· Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients while maintaining operational efficiency and service standards.
· Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational functions.
· Supervise and coordinate with departmental teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client experience.
· Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational and performance reports for management review.
· Analyze business performance and operational processes, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
· Plan and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational activities.
· Maintain strong relationships with vendors, airlines, hotels, tour partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
· Handle client complaints professionally and ensure prompt and effective resolution of operational issues.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns and service development.
· Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, visa guidelines, and company policies.
· Train, guide, and mentor team members to enhance operational efficiency and professional service standards.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
