Experience:

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• SSC in Any Discipline, Or Education in Hospitality Background, Or Equivalent

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At least 20 years

• Leadership and supervision of stewarding staff

• Knowledge of dishwashing machines and cleaning chemicals

• Strong hygiene, sanitation, and safety compliance expertise

• Staff training and performance monitoring ability

• Reporting and coordination with kitchen and service teams.

• Supervise and lead the stewarding team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations

• Assign duties and monitor performance of stewards during service and closing

• Ensure proper cleaning of dishes, cutlery, glassware, kitchen equipment, and dining areas

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in all back-of-house areas

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely availability of clean equipment

• Ensure proper use of dishwashing machines, cleaning chemicals, and tools

• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management

• Train and guide steward staff to improve efficiency and discipline

• Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of garbage handling areas

• Prepare daily reports on cleaning activities, equipment status, and team performance

• Support in maintaining SOPs and compliance with health and safety regulations

• Assist management during inspections and audits.
