Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• SSC in Any Discipline, Or Education in Hospitality Background, Or Equivalent

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At least 20 years

• Expertise in coffee and espresso-based beverage preparation

• Proficiency operating coffee machines and grinders

• Strong customer service and order-taking skills

• Vast product knowledge of Arabic and international coffee styles

• Stock management, Maintain hygiene.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to standard recipes

• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all coffee and beverages

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly and safely

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and work station

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

• Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests professionally

• Explain menu items, coffee options, and suggest beverages when needed

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients

• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing bar supplies

• Ensure proper cash handling and billing accuracy when required

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
