US-Bangla Airlines, the largest private airline in Bangladesh, currently planning to expand its operations. Accordingly, the Company is inviting applications from qualified and experienced aviation professionals for Captain, Type Rated Instructor (TRI), Type Rated Examiner (TRE), SFI, SFE for it ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A330-300 Aircrafts. The job descriptions are mentioned below:

• Act as the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the assigned ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, or Airbus A330-300 and assume overall responsibility for the safety of the aircraft, passengers, crew, and cargo.
• Operate the assigned ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, or Airbus A330-300 in accordance with applicable CAAB regulations, ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, Company Operations Manuals, SOPs, and other approved procedures.
• Ensure proper flight planning, aircraft performance assessment, fuel management, weather evaluation, route selection, and operational decision-making appropriate to the assigned aircraft type.
• Conduct and/or supervise all required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures for the ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, or Airbus A330-300, as applicable.
• Exercise sound aeronautical judgment and take appropriate action during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations.
• Ensure effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and maintain professional communication with the First Officer, Cabin Crew, ATC, Operations Control, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.
• Monitor aircraft systems, performance, fuel status, weather conditions, and other operational parameters throughout the flight.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Flight Time, Duty Time, Rest Period, and Fatigue Risk Management requirements.
• Ensure that all required aircraft technical documents, flight documents, journey logs, and operational records are properly completed and maintained.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and relevant departments regarding the technical condition, serviceability, defects, MEL/CDL requirements, and airworthiness of the assigned ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, or Airbus A330-300.
• Ensure the safe and secure operation of the aircraft and compliance with all applicable aviation security requirements.
• Supervise, guide, and support the First Officer and other flight crew members, as applicable, while maintaining a professional and disciplined cockpit environment.
• Maintain the required level of technical proficiency and operational competency on the assigned aircraft type through Company-approved training, simulator sessions, proficiency checks, recurrent training, and assessments.
• Maintain all required licenses, aircraft type ratings, medical certificates, training qualifications, and other regulatory documents in valid and current status.
• Report and properly document any accident, incident, safety occurrence, technical defect, operational irregularity, or other reportable matter in accordance with Company procedures.
• Promote and maintain a strong Safety Management System (SMS) and safety culture within the flight crew and flight operations environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies relating to safety, security, quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Represent the Company professionally and maintain the highest standards of discipline, integrity, leadership, and aviation professionalism.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, or Airbus A330-300 flight operations as assigned by the Management.
