• Previous experience in student counseling, international education, admissions, or consultancy will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Good knowledge of international study destinations and university admission processes is preferred.
• Good computer skills (Email, Google Docs, Excel – training provided)

We are now looking for a responsible, smart, and dedicated Student Consultant who will become the key person of ZSK Solution and manage daily operations sincerely.

Position Overview

This role is for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the study abroad industry.

You will be the Student Consultant of ZSK Solution - handling students, universities, visas, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Student Management

• Counsel students about study abroad options (Universities, courses, intake)

• Assist students with admission applications & documentation

• Maintain student records, follow-ups, and progress updates

• Guide students from first inquiry to visa submission

Visa & Documentation

• Prepare and manage student visa files

• Check documents for accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate visa submission processes and timelines

• Keep updated with visa rules & embassy requirements

University Communication

• Handle offer letters, application status, and follow-ups

• Maintain professional email and WhatsApp communication

• Build long-term relationships with partner institutions

Office & Operations Management

• Manage daily operations of ZSK Solution

• Coordinate with management for strategy & reporting

• Ensure smooth workflow and proper documentation

• Act as the central point of responsibility
