Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell tour packages, air tickets, and visit visa services.

• Communicate with clients, generate leads, and follow up with prospective customers.

• Provide information on visit visa requirements and procedures for different destinations.

• Collect, organize, and verify required documents and information from clients.

• Maintain client relationships and provide professional customer service.

• Support social media marketing and other promotional activities.

• Participate in promotional videos and social media content creation.

• Maintain records of clients, leads, and applications.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing/Sales; experience in the Tours & Travel Industry is preferable.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of Bangla and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and other useful Digital tools.

• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing and social media content creation will be an advantage.

• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work as part of a team.

• Willingness to participate in promotional videos is required.
