Education:

• Diploma in Hotel Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism & Hospitality Management, or a related field will be preferred.

• Age 18 to 25 years

• Assist in providing friendly and professional customer service.

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages properly.

• Assist the service team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.

• Support table setup, clearing, and resetting during service.

• Learn and assist with basic coffee and beverage preparation under supervision.

• Assist Baristas in preparing espresso-based and other hot/cold beverages.

• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, hygiene, and food safety procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, service area, equipment, and utensils.

• Assist with stock arrangement, inventory checking, and proper storage of ingredients.

• Communicate customer requests and feedback to the senior team members.

• Handle basic POS/order-taking responsibilities as instructed.

• Work effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams during busy periods.

• Follow company policies, service standards, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
