  📋 Core Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations, oversee opening and closing shift procedures, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.

  • Checklist & Reporting: Execute daily and weekly operational checklists and prepare accurate sales, inventory, and performance reports.

  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Strictly maintain food safety protocols, personal hygiene standards, and overall outlet cleanliness and sanitation.

  • Crisis Management: Handle emergency situations, resolve customer complaints, and mitigate operational issues promptly.

  • Government & Regulatory Compliance: Cooperate with and manage interactions with government regulatory agencies, including mobile courts, VAT, and city corporation inspections.

  • Team Leadership: Create duty rosters, train and motivate outlet staff, and ensure seamless teamwork across shifts.

  🎯 Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Outlet In-Charge, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader in the restaurant or QSR industry.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and outlet operations.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, crisis events, and regulatory inspections calmly and professionally.

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

  💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – BDT 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

  • Job Location: Outlet-wise posting in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, etc.

  • Other benefits as per company policy.
