Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Waffle Up outlets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and grooming standards

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and brand SOP compliance across outlets

• Conduct daily/weekly outlet audits and report findings

• Support Store Incharge and Team Members by providing guidance and problem-solving

• Assist in training, onboarding, and skill development of outlet teams

• Track outlet sales, wastage, inventory, and operational KPIs

• Coordinate with Central Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR for operational needs

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints

• Support new outlet launches and setup activities
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in F&B, QSR, retail, or hospitality operations

• Experience handling multiple outlets or supervising teams is a strong advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

• Good understanding of SOPs, hygiene, inventory, and quality control

• Ability to travel between outlets frequently

• Positive attitude, discipline, and problem-solving mindset

• Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Ability to work in night shifts till 3 AM, weekends, government holidays
