• Strong knowledge of international visa processing & documentation
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of local and international payment gateway systems and their operational processes
• Strong understanding of the VFS Global ecosystem and its operational processes
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Outstanding communication & organizational skills
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Professional attitude, ownership and a passion for delivering excellent client service
