Responsibilities & Context:
* Strong knowledge of international visa processing & documentation
* Strong knowledge and practical understanding of local and international payment gateway systems and their operational processes
* Strong understanding of the VFS Global ecosystem and its operational processes
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
* Outstanding communication & organizational skills
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office applications
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple applications with accuracy and efficiency
* Professional attitude, ownership and a passion for delivering excellent client service
