Office Management and MS Office

• At least 1 year

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 to 26 years

• Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Internet and Email Usage.

• Ensure the entire office is cleaned regularly and thoroughly to maintain a tidy environment.

• Manage the kitchen staff and ensure the kitchen is always kept clean. Make sure all kitchen equipment is in proper condition. 

• Prepare tea and serve food to clients in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that clients are well-served and feel comfortable. 

• Behave respectfully and politely with everyone in the office, including clients. Follow management’s instructions promptly and without hesitation.

• Bring back vouchers or receipts for every purchase made regularly.

• Any task assigned by management.
