TBD Holidays is looking for confident, result-oriented Sales Executives to handle customer inquiries, recommend suitable travel solutions, and convert potential leads into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Sell tour packages, air tickets, visa services, hotel bookings, Umrah packages, and other travel services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain sales records and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in Travel & Tourism, OTA, Travel Agency, or service-based sales will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Good command of Bangla and English.

• Target-driven, proactive, and professional.
