Responsibilities & Context:

The Reservation & Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end airline reservation, ticket issuance, reissuance, refund processing, and fare management using GDS systems such as SABRE and Galileo. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in ticketing operations, and coordination with airlines, consolidators, and internal finance teams to ensure smooth operational flow and compliance with IATA/BSP regulations.

  • Handle daily flight reservations, booking confirmations, and ticket issuance using GDS (SABRE / Galileo).

  • Manage ticket reissue, revalidation, cancellation, and refund processing as per airline fare rules.

  • Monitor and process BSP reports and ensure proper reconciliation with airline systems.

  • Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, voids, refunds, and exchange transactions.

  • Coordinate with airlines and consolidators regarding fare rules, schedule changes, and ticketing issues.

  • Ensure timely issuance of tickets while maintaining compliance with airline and IATA regulations.

  • Assist in handling ADM (Agency Debit Memo) and ACM (Agency Credit Memo) related queries.

  • Support fare quotation, itinerary planning, and customer travel requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation of all reservation and ticketing activities.

  • Provide timely support to sales and customer service teams regarding booking-related issues.

  • Ensure accuracy in passenger details, fare calculation, and ticket data entry.

  • Assist in monthly closing reports related to ticketing and reservation operations.

Job Highlights
