We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – IATA Finance & Accounts. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing airline financial operations including BSP reconciliation, airline dues settlement, ticketing revenue accounting, and overall IATA-related finance activities.
The role requires ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with IATA/BSP regulations, and ensuring timely settlement of all airline-related transactions. The position also involves close coordination with airlines, consolidators, and internal finance teams to maintain smooth operational efficiency.
Manage daily airline accounting transactions and BSP reports
Perform BSP reconciliation and ensure accuracy with airline statements
Handle airline dues, settlements, and payment tracking
Manage ADM (Agency Debit Memo) and ACM (Agency Credit Memo) cases
Reconcile ticket sales, refunds, reissues, voids, and commissions
Prepare airline-wise financial and revenue reports
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and finance teams
Maintain ledger accuracy and invoice reconciliation
Monitor discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with IATA, BSP, and company financial policies
Assist management with financial analysis and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration (preferred)
Strong knowledge of IATA & BSP accounting systems
Experience in airline finance or travel agency accounting will be preferred
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
