Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our First World Visa Processing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end visa processing for Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other First World countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of applications.


Job Context

This role involves managing complete visa processing activities including documentation review, application preparation, embassy coordination, and client guidance. The candidate must have strong knowledge of visa requirements, immigration guidelines, and country-specific documentation procedures. The role also requires maintaining high accuracy, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful visa outcomes while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end visa processing for First World countries (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)

  • Review and verify client documents as per embassy requirements

  • Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines

  • Provide guidance to clients regarding visa requirements and procedures

  • Coordinate with embassies, visa centers (VFS/other agencies), and external partners

  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain visa file records systematically

  • Monitor application status and provide timely updates to clients

  • Handle appointment booking, biometrics scheduling, and interview preparation

  • Manage refusal cases, reapplications, and appeal procedures where applicable

  • Stay updated with changing visa rules, embassy guidelines, and immigration policies

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and embassy regulations

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client-related information

  • Support team members and management in achieving visa success targets
