Job Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary
TBD Global Educare is looking for professional and student-focused Student Counselors to guide prospective students and guardians in choosing suitable study abroad options and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and guardians regarding study abroad opportunities.

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.

• Provide accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and available intakes.

• Guide students on application documents and basic visa procedures.

• Handle student inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Coordinate with the admission/application team to ensure smooth processing.

• Maintain student records and achieve assigned monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad Counseling or Education Consultancy.

• Candidates with counseling experience for UK, USA, Spain, Cyprus, Canada, Australia, Europe, Malaysia, China, South Korea, Japan, or other popular study destinations will be preferred.

• Sound knowledge of university admission requirements, application procedures, scholarships, intakes, and basic student visa processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of Bangla and English.

• Strong counseling, follow-up, and student-handling skills.

• Professional, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
