Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist the team in day-to-day travel and tour operations.
- Support preparation of tour packages, itineraries, quotations, and travel documents.
- Assist with visa-related documentation and application processes.
- Communicate with customers and provide basic travel-related information.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining customer and travel records.
- Support sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
