Responsibilities & Context:

1. Promote and sell air tickets, bus tickets, hotel bookings, resort bookings, tour packages, visa consultancy, and other travel services.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

3. Prepare quotations and service proposals and follow up with prospective customers.

4. Generate new leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

5. Handle customer inquiries received through Facebook, WhatsApp, telephone, walk-ins, and other approved channels.

6. Promote tourist and visit visa consultancy services and coordinate qualified leads with the Visa Processing Team.

7. Promote hotel and resort accommodation based on customer destination, budget, travel dates, and preferences.

8. Coordinate with the ticketing team regarding reservations, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

9. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and ensure professional customer service.

10. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, such as Air Ticket + Hotel, Air Ticket + Visa, Hotel + Resort, and Tour Package + Transportation.

11. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, quotations, bookings, and conversions.

12. Regularly update CRM/sales records and submit required sales reports.

13. Coordinate with Visa, Ticketing, Operations, Accounts, and Management teams.

14. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
