• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• HSC & Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• HSC & Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 18 years

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and Bangla (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Customer-focused, honest, and professional attitude.

• Provide professional visa counseling to clients based on their travel, study, work, or immigration requirements.

• Guide clients through the visa application process and explain document requirements.

• Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Assist clients in preparing visa application forms and supporting documents.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status.

• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and relevant authorities when required.

• Keep up to date with visa rules, immigration policies, and travel regulations.

• Maintain proper client records and ensure a high standard of customer service.
