• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a reputed hotel/resort will be preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Manage and supervise overall hotel operations.

• Ensure smooth coordination among all departments.

• Monitor guest service and maintain high service standards.

• Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other operational activities.

• Handle guest feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally.

• Monitor staff performance, duty schedules and discipline.

• Ensure proper implementation of hotel policies and SOPs.

• Support management in achieving operational and business targets.
