Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Welcome guests personally and ensure a warm, memorable first impression Act as the primary point of contact for guest needs, requests, and concerns throughout their stay Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to fulfill guest preferences Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution Conduct courtesy calls/visits to VIP and long-staying guests Collect and record guest feedback; prepare regular guest satisfaction reports Assist in organizing special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) for guests Maintain guest history/profile records for personalized future service Support Front Office during check-in/check-out for VIP guests Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times Additional Requirements: Both males and females are encouraged to apply Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (spoken & written) Pleasant, well-groomed, and confident personality Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PMS/hotel software is a plus Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Employment Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable
