Responsibilities & Context:
Model, present, or feature in company promotional videos and social media reels when required.
Stay updated with current digital trends to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Greet visitors, clients, and guests warmly with a professional attitude and manage incoming inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain the tidiness, organization, and professional atmosphere of the reception area.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
Provide clear information about company services and visa packages to walk-in clients and online leads.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, messaging, or emails to build strong customer relationships.
