👩‍💼 Candidate Requirements

✅ Female candidates only
✅ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university
✅ Experience in China Visa Processing will be highly preferred
✅ Knowledge of visa processing for China and other countries is an advantage
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Must be able to handle customer phone calls professionally
✅ Good computer skills and ability to work with documents
✅ Responsible, organized and willing to learn
✅ Previous experience in a visa/travel agency will be an added advantage

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage China visa applications
• Handle visa applications for other countries when required
• Communicate with clients regarding visa requirements and documentation
• Handle incoming phone calls and customer queries
• Check and organize applicant documents
• Coordinate with clients and relevant parties regarding application status
• Maintain proper records and follow up on applications
