Responsibilities & Context:

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

• Provide personalized and attentive service throughout the guest’s dining experience.

• Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements when required.

• Present menus, explain restaurant concepts, promotions, and special offerings to guests.

• Take reservations and coordinate table arrangements efficiently.

• Maintain good knowledge of the restaurant menu, beverages, promotions, and hotel facilities.

• Identify guest preferences and provide appropriate recommendations.

• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, service team, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.

• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.

• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and overall restaurant ambiance.

• Promote hotel facilities, outlets, and relevant services to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Follow all hotel policies, Food & Beverage procedures, health and safety requirements, and brand standards.

• Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction, service quality, and departmental targets.
