1. Counsel students regarding study opportunities, courses, universities, and suitable destinations.

2. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capabilities, and preferences to provide appropriate guidance.

3. Communicate with students and parents professionally and build strong relationships.

4. Assist students with university/course selection and admission applications.

5. Guide students regarding required documents and application procedures.

6. Coordinate and follow up with students throughout the admission process.

7. Assist with documentation and provide basic guidance regarding student visa processing.

8. Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, website, phone calls, walk-ins, and other channels.

9. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective students.

10. Achieve individual and departmental admission/consultancy targets.

11. Keep updated with university requirements, admission intakes, courses, scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities.
