• Analyze curricula: Review existing teaching materials, grading scales, and programs to ensure they meet educational standards.

• Conduct assessments: Evaluate school performance, teacher effectiveness, and student results through data and classroom observations.

• Design professional development: Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and seminars for teachers and school administrators.

• Implement new strategies: Recommend modern teaching methods, edtech integration, and specialized learning or special needs programs.

• Report to stakeholders: Prepare comprehensive reports and advise management or school boards on policy and resource allocation. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

• Counsel students: Review academic backgrounds, personal interests, and career goals to offer tailored guidance.
