Executive – Central Reservation Control will be responsible for handling passenger and travel agency inquiries, flight reservations, ticketing-related activities, customer service, and other reservation operations. The position requires accurate handling of booking information, effective communication with customers and trade partners, and adherence to airline policies, fare rules, procedures, and service standards.
Responsibilities:
Handle passenger and travel agency inquiries regarding flight schedules, availability, fares, booking conditions, and travel requirements.
Process flight reservations and ensure accurate entry and maintenance of passenger and booking information in the reservation system.
Provide accurate information on fares, baggage allowance, check-in procedures, travel requirements, and applicable airline policies.
Monitor booking queues and manage pending, waitlisted, and time-limit bookings in accordance with applicable procedures.
Process ticket reissues, revalidations, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies and fare rules.
Handle group and special booking requests in coordination with relevant departments.
Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, refunds, reissues, complaints, and other operational transactions.
Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain professional communication and customer service standards while performing duties in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
