• Multitasking: Ability to manage phones, waiting lists, and incoming guests simultaneously during busy rushes.

• Physical Stamina: Comfort standing and walking for long periods during a shift.

• Composure: Capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure.

We are looking for some dynamic and experience Hostess for our Coffee Shop, who will be responsible for the following:

• Greeting Guests: Welcome visitors warmly and professionally as they enter the establishment.

• Managing Reservations: Handle phone calls, online bookings, and walk-in waitlists accurately.

• Seating and Escorting: Guide guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.

• Table Rotation: Balance seating across sections to ensure servers receive an equal and manageable number of customers.

• Customer Care: Answer initial menu questions, check on guest satisfaction, and handle basic complaints.

• Environment Maintenance: Keep the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas clean and organized.

• Any other task assign by the management.
