Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Ice Cream, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Mineral Water

• HSC

• Minimum of HSC passed or higher.

• Age At least 20 years

• Ability to handle and manage daily branch shifts effectively.

• Conduct proper pre-shift briefing and team preparation.

• Handle cash and ensure accurate cash management.

• Capable of managing day-to-day branch operations.

• Strong understanding of café/barista operations.

• Ability to train and guide baristas and junior team members.

• Lead and coordinate the team during assigned shifts.

• Handle guests professionally and resolve basic customer concerns.

• Ensure proper hygiene, grooming and operational standards.

• Ability to make quick and responsible decisions during operations.

• Manage daily branch operations and assigned shifts efficiently.

• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure proper team preparation.

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the branch team during shifts.

• Monitor cash handling, billing and daily financial transactions.

• Ensure proper café/barista operations and service standards.

• Train and guide baristas and junior team members.

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, grooming and cleanliness standards.

• Handle guest concerns and resolve basic customer complaints professionally.

• Monitor stock, wastage and operational issues and report accordingly.

• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and operational procedures.

• Make quick and responsible decisions during operational challenges
